Basic Provisions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1) Seller<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Name \/ designation: skin4gear \u2013 Dalibor Joh\u00e1nek<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registered address and address for returns\/claims: U Pazderny 409, 339 01 Klatovy, Czech Republic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Company ID (I\u010cO): 64182886<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Seller is not a VAT payer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>E-mail: info@skin4gear.cz<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>(hereinafter the \u201cSeller\u201d)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2) Buyer<\/strong><br>A Buyer is a person who concludes a purchase contract with the Seller through the E-shop, either as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a <strong>Consumer<\/strong> \u2013 a natural person not acting within the scope of their business, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a <strong>Business Buyer<\/strong> \u2013 a person acting within the scope of their business activity (B2B).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3) Subject Matter<\/strong><br>The subject of the purchase is goods offered in the E-shop, in particular handmade neoprene protective and camouflage lens covers and related accessories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4) Governing Law<\/strong><br>The contractual relationship is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions remain unaffected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">II. Product Information and Prices<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1) Product Information<\/strong><br>Product information, including compatibility with specific lens models, is provided on individual product pages in the E-shop. Photos may be illustrative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2) Prices<\/strong><br>Prices are shown in the E-shop and are final. The Seller is not a VAT payer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3) Costs of Distance Communication<\/strong><br>The Buyer bears the costs of distance communication (internet\/phone) and these do not differ from the basic rates charged by the Buyer\u2019s provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">III. Orders and Conclusion of the Purchase Contract<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1) Order Placement<\/strong><br>The Buyer places an order via the E-shop (shopping cart). Before submitting the order, the Buyer can review and modify the entered details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2) Conclusion of the Contract<\/strong><br>The purchase contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order (typically by e-mail). The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in justified cases (e.g., an obvious pricing error, objective unavailability of materials, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3) Handmade Production<\/strong><br>Goods are handmade; minor variations in shade, material texture, or stitching are not considered defects if they do not prevent normal use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IV. Customer Account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1) Registration<\/strong><br>The Buyer may create a customer account. The Buyer must protect their login details and is responsible for any misuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2) Account Termination<\/strong><br>The Seller may terminate an account especially in cases of misuse or long-term inactivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V. Payment and Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1) Payment Methods<\/strong><br>The currently available payment methods are shown in the checkout process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2) Delivery<\/strong><br>Delivery methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping prices are displayed in the cart and may also be listed on the \u201cShipping Policy\u201d page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In-stock items are typically dispatched within 2 business days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For made-to-order items, dispatch time may be longer; the Buyer will be informed in the order confirmation or individually.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3) Transfer of Risk<\/strong><br>The risk of damage passes to the Buyer upon receipt of the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4) Delivery Details<\/strong><br>The Buyer must provide correct delivery details. If the Buyer needs to change the delivery address, they should contact the Seller without undue delay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5) Shipments Outside the EU<\/strong><br>For shipments outside the EU, import fees (customs duties, VAT, and carrier fees) may apply and are borne by the Buyer unless stated otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VI. Withdrawal from the Contract (Consumer)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This section applies only to a Buyer who is a Consumer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1) Statutory Right to Withdraw within 14 Days<\/strong><br>The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2) skin4gear Extra: 30-Day Return<\/strong><br>In addition to the statutory period, the Seller allows the Consumer to return goods within <strong>30 days<\/strong> from receipt, provided the goods are undamaged, clean, and in their original condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3) How to Withdraw<\/strong><br>To withdraw, the Consumer may contact the Seller by e-mail at: info@skin4gear.cz (recommended: include the order number).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4) Returning the Goods<\/strong><br>The Consumer shall send the goods to:<br><strong>skin4gear \u2013 Dalibor Joh\u00e1nek, U Pazderny 409, 339 01 Klatovy, Czech Republic<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We recommend packaging the goods to prevent damage during transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5) Refunds<\/strong><br>The Seller will refund the Consumer without undue delay, no later than 14 days from withdrawal, typically after receiving the returned goods or proof that they have been sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6) Return Shipping Costs<\/strong><br>Return shipping costs are borne by the Consumer unless agreed otherwise. If the return is due to the Seller\u2019s error (e.g., wrong item shipped), the Seller will propose a solution including shipping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7) Exceptions<\/strong><br>The Consumer cannot withdraw especially in the case of goods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>made to the Consumer\u2019s specific request or clearly personalised (i.e., outside the standard E-shop offering).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VII. Rights from Defective Performance (Claims \/ Complaints)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1) Liability for Defects (Consumer)<\/strong><br>The Seller is liable to the Consumer that the goods are free from defects upon receipt. The Consumer may notify a defect that appears within 24 months from receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2) Handling Time<\/strong><br>Consumer complaints will be handled without undue delay, no later than 30 days from being made, unless the Seller and the Consumer agree on a longer period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3) How to Make a Claim<\/strong><br>Submit your claim by e-mail to info@skin4gear.cz. We recommend including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>order number,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>description of the defect,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>photos\/video (if possible).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Seller will confirm receipt of the claim and agree on the next steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4) Remedies<\/strong><br>Depending on the nature of the defect, the Buyer may request repair, replacement, a reasonable discount, or withdrawal from the contract, where permitted by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5) Business Buyers (B2B)<\/strong><br>For Business Buyers, rights from defective performance are governed by general legal rules; consumer protection provisions do not apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VIII. Delivery of Notices and Communication<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Contractual communication is carried out primarily electronically (e-mail). The Buyer is responsible for ensuring the provided e-mail address is correct and functional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IX. Personal Data Protection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Personal data processing is governed by a separate \u201cPrivacy Policy\u201d document published in the E-shop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">X.
