Should you encounter any of the following issues, please contact us and we will address them promptly:
- If the return is due to our fault.
- Goods arrive defective and cannot be repaired with replacement parts.
- We sent the wrong goods.
- We sent the goods to the wrong address.
- We shipped duplicate orders.
- Product failure within the 30-day return period (assuming the customer has assembled the product according to the instruction manual correctly).
Important:
For damaged or defective items upon arrival, you must provide video/photos to support your claim that the items were damaged or malfunctioning upon arrival. If the customer refuses or fails to send a photo/video of the alleged faulty/broken item, this return will be deemed to be “buyer’s remorse” and will be returned at the sole responsibility of the customer. Customers may also be subject to a 15% purchase fee and any shipping charges paid by the seller. Without exception, if the customer claims that the goods are defective/damaged, the customer must provide proof before returning the goods. Use the Contact Us form to submit images/videos for your return request.f
Once we receive the returned item, we will review its condition and issue you a refund as soon as possible.
If the damaged/defective items return request might be resolved with simple parts and support, we can provide free replacement parts or options. If the customer thinks this is a simpler solution, we can provide advice on how to repair your goods, so you don’t need to fuss with sending large items back. Skin4Gear arranges relevant technicians or maintenance personnel to solve problems for customers as soon as possible.
We undoubtedly act in a customer-oriented manner, and in case of any ambiguities, we always proceed in favor of the customer.

In cases where the return is a result of customer error, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Prepaid return shipping labels will not be provided in these instances. Please note that the original shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your total refund, and any orders with special shipping offers will have the actual outbound shipping costs deducted as well. Examples of customer-initiated returns include:
- Buyer’s remorse (“Not satisfied with the performance,” “The item doesn’t fit me,” “The item doesn’t meet my expectations,” “I tried it, but I want something else,” etc.)
- No reason/no longer want the item
- Misinterpretation of product description (failing to fully read product details/description/features)
- Canceling the order after the item has been shipped, even if the item has not been received
- The customer purchased the wrong item
- The customer accidentally bought too many
- The customer unintentionally provided an incorrect shipping address
Following the 30-day return window, if a product fails or becomes defective, the customer can utilize Skin4Gear’s manufacturer’s warranty period for repairs. For more details, please refer to the manufacturer’s product warranty.
Product Replacement Procedure
- Step 1: Get in touch with us at info@skin4gear.com to inform us of the issue you’re experiencing and to determine the appropriate solution.
- Step 2: Capture a photo of your package and send it to us, along with the tracking number. The cost of repairs is contingent on whether they are covered by the warranty. (Make sure to verify the warranty coverage)
- Step 3: Once we have verified the return of the goods and assessed the problem, please send us your contact information (name, mobile phone number, complete address, and postal code) via email.
- Step 4: We will ship the replacement product back to you.

Refund:
- If the product you purchased does not fully meet your satisfaction, you have the option to return it for a complete refund or an exchange.
- Products can be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of receipt. The returned item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please retain your receipt.
- Refunds will be processed within seven business days after receiving and verifying the returned items. Monitor your account for updates.

Order Cancellation:
We typically dispatch orders immediately, or within 1-2 business days if the product is not in stock and needs to be manufactured. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation and an immediate refund. If the order has already been shipped, the customer must communicate the situation to the logistics company and refuse the package. Once we confirm the receipt of the returned product, we will issue a refund to the customer.
