30-day return window
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Returns by mail – free GLS return label
- Contact us at info@skin4gear.com and include your order number.
- skin4gear will automatically send you a prepaid GLS return label (download and print).
- Send the return by mail via GLS.
Returns are free of charge. No restocking fees apply.
Product condition
We accept returns of products in new condition.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted. Contact us at info@skin4gear.com with your order number. We will provide a free GLS return label (download and print). After we receive your return, we will arrange shipment of the replacement goods.
Processing time
Once we receive your return, your refund or the processing of your exchange will be completed no later than 7 days.
