Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@skin4gear.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
  • For exchanges, we offer free standard shipping on the replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  2. Provide a photo and description of the issue.
  3. We’ll cover the shipping cost for returns and replacements in these cases.
