These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://skin4gear.com (the “Site”) and our OAuth-based Google Drive connector for Make.com (the “Connector”). By accessing or using our Site or Connector, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Any individual or entity who visits the Site or authorizes the Connector.
2. Scope of Service
- Website: Skin4Gear.com provides product information, order processing for neoprene protective covers, and support documentation.
- Connector: Our Connector automates the download of PDF invoices from a designated Google Drive folder, parses invoice metadata, generates an XML feed, and delivers it to your Helios accounting system.
3. Access & Registration
- No registration or payment is required to browse our Site.
- To use the Connector, you must have a valid Google account and authorize our application via OAuth.
- You remain responsible for keeping your Google credentials and any API keys secure.
4. Permitted Use
- You may use the Site and Connector solely for your internal business purposes.
- You will not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code.
- Modify, distribute, sublicense, resell, or commercially exploit the Connector or any part thereof.
- Use the Connector to access or process data beyond PDFs you expressly place into the monitored Drive folder.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content, design, logos, trademarks and code on Skin4Gear.com and the Connector are owned by Dalibor Johánek, Skin4Gear or its licensors.
- You acquire no ownership rights by using the Site or Connector.
6. Fees & Payment
- Use of the Site is free.
- The Connector is offered free of charge.
- We reserve the right to introduce fees or premium features in the future; any changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
7. Privacy & Data
- Our Privacy Policy (https://skin4gear.com/privacy-policy) describes how we collect, use and share personal data. By using the Site or Connector you consent to those practices.
- Parsed invoice metadata is stored for up to 90 days and deleted thereafter.
8. Warranties & Disclaimers
- “As-Is”: The Site and Connector are provided “as-is” and “as-available.”
- No Warranty: We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted service or non-infringement.
- Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the availability or performance of Google Drive, Make.com, Helios, or any other third-party service.
9. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dalibor Johánek, Skin4Gear. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill arising out of or relating to the Site or Connector, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Our total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed €100.
10. Termination
- You may discontinue use of the Site or Connector at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to our interests.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
- Any dispute arising hereunder shall be submitted to the competent courts in Plzeň, Czech Republic.
12. Changes to Terms
- We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting at https://skin4gear.com/terms-of-service and will be highlighted at the top.
- Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
